How can we help you?
What is The KD Club Work XP™?
The KD Club Work XP™ is a hybrid, employer-led work experience programme for Years 7–10, 11-13 and beyond (including SEND students). It combines in-school workshops, virtual workplace tours, live online employer events and hands-on challenges to give students meaningful exposure to the world of work, aligned with Gatsby Benchmarks and the new DfE careers guidance.
How is the programme delivered?
Virtual Workplace Tours: Pre-recorded or guided tours from a wide range of industries.
Live Employer Events: Interactive sessions with real-world professionals, including female-led and creative businesses.
Workplace Challenges: Hands-on tasks to develop employability skills.
Digital Toolkit: Access to 5 minute how-to CV writing, Interview tips, reflection logs and careers tracking resources.
How long does the programme last?
The pilot programme runs for 6 months in schools. Each student completes 10+ hours of work experience activities over the duration.
For Students not in education this can be a 6 week course and used as an information, advice and guidance tool to prepare for the future of work.
