Inspiring Young People for the World of Work

The KD Club Work XP is a digital careers experience that brings the world of work into students’ hands over a 6-month programme, showcasing a range of exciting industries.


Delivered to students from Year 6 through Year 10, the platform is designed to spark curiosity, build confidence, and develop transferable skills that prepare young people for future careers.


From exploring creative roles to stepping into tech, students take part in practical digital challenges that mirror real workplace tasks. They can work individually or in teams, complete tasks, and earn certificates and badges  giving them a taste of collaboration, problem-solving, and leadership.


Every module is shaped around clear outcomes:

Greater awareness of local and industry-specific career pathways


First-hand experience of workplace tasks before entering the world of work


Classroom ready

Students gain real workplace insight without the need for insurance, safeguarding checks, or sending them off-site. Everything is delivered safely in the classroom, making it simple for schools and impactful for learners.

Learn at your own pace

Work XP combines live industry insight with on-demand video content. Students can pause, replay, and review as often as they need — making sure no detail is missed and every learner can move at their own speed.

Local industry, real pathways

We spotlight the industries on students’ doorsteps — from healthcare and STEM to creative arts and fashion. This connects their learning to real opportunities in the local labour market.  

Work XP is proudly delivered by women in leadership roles across multiple industries. This ensures students not only gain career insight, but also see diverse role models breaking barriers and leading change.
